IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE YOU COMPLY WITH THE JAB…

In most cases, you have a 99.9% survival rate with COVID -19 (see the COVID-19 Planning Scenarios table, to the left).

  • Not one vaccine manufacturer is liable pursuant to law.

  • Clinical trials are currently underway, set to expire in May, 2024 (Pfizer)

  • Per the CDC Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) data, 27K people have died from the COVID-19 vaccine (numbers reflect through 04/29/2022).

    • THe VAERS is a national vaccine safety surveillance program that helps to detect unusual or unexpected reporting patterns of adverse events for the COVID-19 vaccine and all other vaccines.

The CDC modeling shows a 99.9% chance of survival. Table 1, from the CDC Website(table to the left), shows the Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) (number of individuals who die) for Scenario 5: Current Best Estimate, at its worst (65+ years old: 90k), has a 91% (90k/1M) chance of survival among all infected individuals, symptomatic and asymptomatic.

The FDA has NOT approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID 19 Vaccine (Pfizer or Comirnaty) despite what the media or the Biden Administration tells the public.

There are still conditions to be met before official approval from the EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION (EUA).

The United States FDA still has the other three various COVID-19 Vaccines available under an emergency access mechanism called an EUA. The EUA is created by the manufacturer NOT the CDC or Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

EUA Fact Sheets for each manufacturer who has been “Authorized” NOT “Approved/Licensed” to offer their vaccine can be found here CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Fact Sheets for Recipients and Caregivers.

A consumer cannot pursue personal injury or wrongful death litigation against vaccine manufacturers in the event of an injury.

This is due to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). Enacted in 1986, the NCVIA gives vaccine manufacturers the ability to continue their work without having to halt production due to lawsuits. The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) is a federal program that may help pay for costs of medical care and other specific expenses of certain people who have been seriously injured by certain medicines or vaccines, including this vaccine.

Generally, a claim must be submitted to the CICP within one (1) year from the date of receiving the vaccine. However, we do not know if this vaccine will generate LONG term health issues.
